Restaurants in the province of Trapani

Trapani faces Tunisia, and you can see it in the province's best-known dish. It has the salt pans, the Egadi islands, Pantelleria, and the largest vineyard area in Italy.

The wine

There is more vineyard here than in any other Italian province: Marsala, Grillo, Catarratto, Nero d'Avola. And Passito di Pantelleria, from sun-dried Zibibbo, a wine talked about worldwide.
